National Speleological Society Cave Diving Section

A committee has spent a year rewiewing and proposing revisions for the NSS-CDS Bylaws and Constitution. There will be a place to vote for the proposed revisions on the ballot for election of board members.

Please vote, we need a minimum number of votes to change the Bylaws, or Constitution.
