"That the Management Plan for NSS-CDS dive sites be amended as follows:
II. GENERAL DIVING REQUIREMENTS:
1. NSS-CDS owned and managed sites are for the use of:
a. Current NSS-CDS members.
b. Students who are enrolled in an NSS-CDS Cavern or Cave Diving course, and who are under the direct supervision of an insured, active-status NSS-CDS Instructor, and diving within the site-specific limitations outlined in the Standards and Procedures manual."

To include but not be limited to: Maintaining Inventory and processing Shipments, updating Membership and Instructor Records, and processing Training Certifications at a rate of the Fl. minimum wage ($7.25 per hour) as compensation for the part time assistant.
