Cave System Observations
The policies in effect at some NSS-CDS owned or managed dive sites require that teams complete an obvervation form and forward it to the property manager. This is a simple, one-page form that can be completed in a matter of minutes.
You can dowload the form by clicking the link on the left. The property manager would be the same individual from whom you obtained your site waiver.
