Minutes of Meeting—Saturday--24 May 2003   1245:  Meeting convenes.  John Jones moves to accept minutes of the previous meeting.  Denny Willis seconds the motion.               Steve Ormeroid gives Profit and Loss Report, see attached report.  John Jones gives balance report of checking account and  Certificates of Deposit.  Eleanore Willis reports another $1120 to be deposited from workshop registrations.               Steve Ormeroid details meeting with Tony Starace, CPA on Thursday, May 22.  Mr. Starace will file the sections taxes thus finalizing the year.  An extension to August 15 has been requested and received. 1300:   Eleanore Willis; General Manager, outlines progress to date in the transition, see attached report.  John Jones suggests a Frequently Asked Question page for website.   1335:    Denny Willis informs board that he has loaned the section a computer for the  Certification Card printer.  Also that in order to organize the Membership database into the format we desire we will need to hire a computer consultant.  John Jones suggests purchasing a new computer and reformat the existing computer to run the C-Card printer.   1342:  Steve Ormeroid gives status report of the School Sink a.k.a.
